We put significant care, time, and expertise into every product and programme we offer. We want you to feel confident in your investment, and we want to be clear about what is and is not refundable so there are no surprises.
Please read this policy fully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Before raising a dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any concern fairly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be contested, and may result in being banned from future purchases.
Refund Terms by Product Type

The Queen Energy Close™ (Main Product)
The Queen Energy Close™ comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have gone through the material and feel it was not right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund of the main product price. No lengthy explanations required.
Please note: this guarantee applies to the main Queen Energy Close™ product only. Order bumps added at checkout are non-refundable, as outlined below.
Order Bumps and Add-Ons
Any additional products purchased at checkout as order bumps are non-refundable. These are separate, instantly delivered resources and are not covered by the 30-day guarantee applied to the main product.
Complimentary Sessions
The Queen Energy Installation Session and any other sessions bundled with a digital product purchase are complimentary additions to that purchase. They are not separately purchased and therefore carry no independent refund value. If the underlying digital product is non-refundable, the bundled session is as well.
The Righteously Paid Intensive™ Silver ($997)
A refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the live or recorded workshop has not yet been accessed or attended. Once access has been granted or the session has taken place, no refund will be issued.
Gold Four-Week Accelerator ($3,000 – $5,000)
A refund may be requested after Session 1 and before Session 2, if you feel the programme is not the right fit. Refund requests made after Session 2 has begun will not be honoured. Payment plan participants remain responsible for all outstanding instalments regardless of continued participation.
Platinum Six-Week Full Embodiment Experience ($10,000 – $15,000)
Due to the personalised nature of this programme, including custom deliverables, Voxer access, and the VIP in-person Embodiment Day. All Platinum investments are non-refundable once the programme has commenced. We encourage you to ask all questions before purchasing.
Retreats and Live Events
All retreat and live event registrations are non-refundable. In the event that we must cancel or significantly modify an event, participants will be offered a credit toward a future event of equal value. We strongly recommend travel insurance for any retreat requiring flights or international travel.
Payment Plans
If you have selected a payment plan, you are committing to all instalments in full, regardless of whether you continue to use or engage with the programme after initial access.
- Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is brought current
- Continued failure to pay may result in the full remaining balance becoming immediately due
- Enrolling in a payment plan and subsequently requesting a refund does not cancel outstanding instalments unless the refund window has been met
What Is Not Covered
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You did not use, engage with, or implement the programme content
- You did not achieve the results you expected. Results depend on individual effort and implementation
- A technical issue on your end (device, internet connection, software) prevented access
- You missed a scheduled session without providing the required notice
- The request falls outside the stated refund window for your product
How to Request a Refund

- We will respond within 3 to 5 business days
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we will submit full documentation of your purchase, access, and engagement to contest the dispute.
Clients who initiate unjustified chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases and programmes.
If you have a concern, please come to us first. We are reasonable people and we will work with you.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the EU, UK, Australia, or another region with statutory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
