Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all products, programmes, services, and content offered by Nubia Kamesha Sade, operating as Beauty Beyond Borders ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing any product or programme, booking a session, or accessing any content we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

Our Products and Services

We offer the following types of products and services, which may be updated from time to time:

• Digital products: including guides, frameworks, and downloadable resources such as The Queen Energy Close™
• Coaching programmes: including 1:1 sessions, group containers, and live intensives
• Live experiences: including retreats, workshops, and in-person events
• Complementary sessions: including the Queen Energy Installation Session offered as part of a digital product purchase

All product descriptions, inclusions, and deliverables are outlined on the relevant sales or product pages at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the format or delivery of any programme, including switching from in-person to virtual where necessary, without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered and selected.

• We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processors
• Payment plans, where available, require all instalments to be completed regardless of whether you continue to use the programme
• Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and may result in suspension of access
• All transactions are processed in USD; your bank may apply conversion fees for which we are not responsible

Refund Policy

In general:

• Digital products are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law
• Coaching programmes have specific refund windows outlined at the point of sale
• Complementary sessions bundled with a product purchase are not separately refundable

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, materials, and branding associated with Nubia Kamesha Sade and Beauty Beyond Borders, including but not limited to The Queen Energy Close™, The Righteously Paid Method™, The Somatic Sale™, and The Walking Asset Method™m are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law.

• You may use purchased materials for your own personal and professional development only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, or share any part of our content without explicit written permission
• You may not create derivative works based on our proprietary frameworks without our written consent
• Testimonials, case studies, and results shared within our programmes are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without consent

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Client Responsibilities

Our programmes are designed for established coaches and consultants who are ready to implement. To get the most from any programme, you agree to:

• Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Complete any pre-session materials or intake forms requested
• Take personal responsibility for implementing what you learn
• Engage with the community and content in a respectful, professional manner
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute programme materials to others

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your commitment, existing business, and implementation. Testimonials and case studies shared represent individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you will achieve, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the uninterrupted availability of any digital product or platform.

Coaching and consulting services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, or legal counsel.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beauty Beyond Borders and Nubia Kamesha Sade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Conduct and Community Standards

All clients and community members are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and professionalism. The following are not permitted in any of our spaces, including group programmes, community platforms, or live events:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language directed at Nubia or other participants
• Sharing, screenshotting, or reproducing private session content or community discussions
• Soliciting other participants for business purposes without prior permission
• Any behaviour that disrupts the integrity or safety of the group container

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions and Calls

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any booked session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session slot. No-shows without notice forfeit the session entirely.

Retreats and Live Events

Retreat and event cancellation terms are provided separately at the time of booking and may differ from the above. Please review them carefully before registering.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that affect existing programme participants, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
